Along with repositioning of their flagship building we re-invented Andrianakos Property Group's branding to better represent their values, goals and future ambitions.

Design Outcome: Logomark + Wordmark



Reflecting a proud history


Property investment firm, Andrianakos Property Group, proudly retains its foundational roots with the family still actively involved in the business. This strong link to the business's foundations was central to the branding update. Centring the Logomark on a stylised capital 'A' reflected both the brand name and the importance of the founding family of the business.

The 'A' is abstracted as a chevron as a nod to the branding of Mile Maker, the first venture by family patriarch Nick which grew into Andrianakos Property Group.  The chevron slopes forward signifying forward motion and drive, a key value of the business.



Balance


The drive, signified by the chevron, is balanced by the placement of the 'dot' motif as a stylised stem and serif combination completing the remainder of the 'A' in its negative space. This dot acts to balance the leaning nature of the chevron and ensures the branding represents balance, completeness and stability.

Creating a wordmark


The wordmark plays an important role in the branding vision as it is intended to be used independently of the logomark at times. For this, we created a unique typeface for Andrianakos based on larger lowercase letters for 'Andrianakos' highlighting the family name element of the business and contrasting that with the smaller uppercase lettering of 'Property Group' ensuring the corporate focus is clearly identifiable.


Primarily the colouring of the wordmark and logomark is monochromatic and designed for broad usability across a wide range of media. In addition, the colour palette also includes the option for gold embellishment to the wordmark to elevate the branding when required.
