Capturing the best of the space
Positioned on the top floor and overlooking Albert Park Lake this recently vacated tenancy was merged with an adjacent space allowing for a 270 degree aspect. Taking advantage of the increased vistas we opened up the interior, filling the volume with light tones punctuated with splashes of colour and texture.

Moving from a dark existing layout to ensuring every space benefitted from the light and views resulted in an open plan layout carefully punctuated by rooms and subtle divisions to maintain privacy, acoustic performance and flow.

Aligning a design methodology
With the light and views playing such an integral element of the design, the built environment was designed to complement this. Through the use of subtle colour, a restrained use of dark tones and extensive planting and decor the design of the tenancy and the outside environment worked in harmony.

Ensuring everyone has their space
Important to an open format office layout is ensuring that the people using it have a broad range of work opportunities. All traditional workspaces here are enhanced with transparent planted space dividing shelving systems providing for practical separation while maintaining full light penetration and views to every occupant. The divisions allow for extensive planting, personalisation by occupants and storage.

The workspaces are complimented by acoustically treated focus rooms allowing for solitary work and private conversations when required and at the other end. team discussion standing tables are provided strategically to allow for project based interaction and work. These team spaces are provided with either space dividers defining the formal and informal zones and TV and presentation surfaces.
