TE Capital came to us looking for a fresh new look to a warm shell tenancy. We began by taking full advantage of the sweeping views, positioning all work areas, meeting rooms and social spaces against the perimeter glazing while stripping back and revealing the inherent qualities of the building’s structures and services in the public spaces. The rawness of the buildings bones was balanced by subdued subtle colour tones, textures and furniture pieces.
