For this project we assisted our long time collaboration partner TE Capital consolidate two recently vacated tenancies into a vibrant new speculative fitout. We concentrated the design solution on ensuring the approach to this space didn’t feel like a typical office environment and introduced rich colour, detail and shape to the concrete structure of the building. Pairing these elements together created a memorable and unique space.
